Amadou lives in Serrekunda (the town with the biggest market in The Gambia) and works freelance as guard at the first class hotels and has already made many excursions with tourists.
Therefore he speaks good English and know the wishes from the tourists however you have to discuss with him what you like to see and which transport you want.The so-called bushtaxi's are the cheapest and for many tourists an real happening if you have no problem that some chicken drive together with you.
He is absolutely trustfull,helpful,conscientious and like to show you the nicest places from his country.
Naturaly is Amadou just as the most Gambian poor but he takes care for a well look and correct clothings.
